We offer both automated parking (30 spaces/fees apply) and parking at a nearby partnered lot (96 spaces/fees apply).
*Both are on a first-come, first-served basis.

■Hotel parking (on hotel property/automated parking): 30 spaces
Fees: Sun～Thurs ¥1,000/night / Fri・Sat ¥1,500/night
Access periods: 6:00～10:00 / 15:00～21:00
*Vehicles cannot be put in or taken out outside of the above time periods. Vehicles can be put in/taken out multiple times during the access periods.
*Vehicle size restrictions apply, so please come to the automated parking structure behind the hotel, and parking staff will confirm the size of your vehicle.
■Partnered-lot parking (1 minute walk from the hotel/surface lot/metered parking): 96 spaces
Fees: Sun～Thurs ¥1,000/24 hour period / Fri・Sat ¥1,500/24 hour period
*Vehicles cannot be put in/taken out multiple times. If you leave and re-enter, fees will apply again.
*Hotel staff cannot track if spaces are open in the partnered lot. Thank you for your understanding.
*Vehicle size restrictions are as follows.
Height: Max 2,000mm / Length: Max 5,000mm / Width: Max 1,900mm / Weight: Max 2,000kg
*UNIZO INN Express Utsunomiya is not responsible for any accidents, damage, loss, or theft.
*Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Please come to the automated parking structure behind the hotel between 6:00～11:00, or 15:00～21:00. Parking staff will assist you.
Outside of the above time periods, hotel front staff will direct you to the partnered-lot parking.
*Parking fees, and tickets for the partnered-lot parking, are subject to change.
*If both the hotel parking and partnered-lot parking are full, you will be directed to another nearby metered lot. We ask guests to confirm space availability and parking fees themselves in that circumstance.
